Overview
The K6481L-FF passive colour STN display features dual scan display addressing by virtue of Citizen's use of "Chip-On-Glass" ( C.O.G. ) technology. This provides the following advantages:-
Dual scanning: effectively doubles the usual refresh rate of passive colour displays
High contrast image giving a high colour depth
Clearer, brighter colours with excellent picture definition
Fast response time and more colour shades
Compact, lightweight and robust
Together with the combination of C.O.G. technology, the fast fluid liquid crystal and low resistivity I.T.O. ( Indium-Tin Oxide ) electrodes ensure that the image on the display is high quality and high contrast making it extremely clear and easy to read. Mouse pointers do not become "lost" and multiplex smear is dramatically reduced.

Connection Details
Displays should be connected by means of the 30-way data connector and the outside two pins of the 3-way backlight connector ( type number JST: BHR-03VS-1 ). The backlight lead lengths are approximately 20mm long.
The data cable connection for the display is a flat-film cable ( FFC ). The cable used is an FFC type cable owith 30-ways and 0.5mm pitch. Due to the high density of the connections for this display and the limited physical space on the unit, there is no version with "moulded" connectors or "wire-type" connectors.
